ConstructSim Construction Scheduling Software MIT's scheduling and project controls consultants are equipped to provide proactive and forensic consulting services utilizing the latest construction management technology. ConstructSim™ is another tool MIT's project consultants use to communicate, plan, and analyze a projects' scope and schedule while the project is ongoing.

Developed by Commonpoint, Inc., ConstructSim™ is an advanced project planning and updating tool that integrates a projects' cost and schedule into 3D drawings to allow MIT's consultants to effectively plan and execute work throughout the construction process. By integrating a projects' costs and schedule throughout its duration, MIT is able to identify and mitigate current and future potential delays and cost overruns from occurring.
